Which data is collected?

The hosting of this data takes place at TransIP, an ISO27001 and NEN7510 certified company. All data is stored encrypted.
Your data will never be sold to third parties and in case of research this will be stated in the privacy statement of the application / system.

The data is collected through various applications and systems managed by everywhereIM. These can be websites, mobile apps or custom applications.
This can be cookies, forms, social media widgets or paper forms.
How long will this data be kept?
everywhereIM does not store your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected. This also includes complying with our legal obligations.
Per application / system there may be different time frames for storage, you can consult this at all times in the privacy statement of that system.
How are these data secured?
At everywhereIM, data security is in our DNA, we take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes.

Is this information shared with third parties?
everywhereIM does not sell your information to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
We conclude a processing agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data.
In the case of applications and systems developed by us, we draw up a unique privacy statement for that system in which we state your rights and obligations according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), this also includes the rights that you can find under the heading “ Rights of visitors ”. If this data is used for research purposes, this will be explicitly disclosed to you and access will be granted by the researcher of the study.

Can I view, amend or delete my data?
